Wearing White is Seasonless

Every year, Labor Day creeps up quicker than usual and the same fashion debate about wearing white after Labor Day is brought up! As if the end of Summer wasn’t already a downer, why would we let some outdated rule limit your fashion choices? So long as you are sporting materials that are weather appropriate, wearing white is a seasonless!

Also, just because the calendar says September, doesn’t mean the temperatures are dropping. Today, I stepped outside to run a few errands, and the weather was scorching hot! The last thing I need to worry about is eliminating white out of my wardrobe, especially when wearing white reflects heat and keeps you cool.

The transitional months of Summer and Fall weather are a weird time for fashion! Brands are sending emails campaigns titled “Sweater Weather” while the temps are still in the 80s; it doesn’t make any sense, and a lot of people are left seasonally confused. I say wear what makes you feel comfortable and if that’s an all-white outfit, then screw listening to any fashion faux pas of the past!
